Responsible for all internal and external Sales and Marketing activities within the company.
Joined Ratcliff in 1992, transferred to Sales Team in 2007 as Area Sales Manager for the North of England. Promoted to Sales Manager in November 2005 and took over as Sales Director in July 2007.

| Wayne Harmer - Financial Director |
Responsible for all the Financial activities of the compapny.
Joined Ratcliff in early 2002 as Financial Controller, from GSK/Stafford-Miller. Promoted to Finance Director in January 2007.

| Jez Green - Operations Director |
Responsible for all Manufacturing and Operations activities within the company from raw materials coming into the factory to the finished lifts leaving the premises.
Joined Ratcliff in November 2007. |

Responsible for all Engineering activity within the company - design, development, modifcation and testing of all lifts prior to models going into full production.
Joined Ratcliff in 1996 as Engineering Manager and promoted to Engineering Director in January 2004.

| John Lane |
Joined Ratcliff in 1978 as Finance Director. Promoted to MD in 1983 and stepped down from this position in January 2008.
John remains on the Ratcliff Palfinger board and will be working on a part-time basis, on special assignments for Palfinger.
